OBJECTIVE AND PHILOSOPHY
The Tourism and Hospitality Management Program at Naogaon University is designed to prepare students for dynamic careers in the global tourism, travel, and hospitality industries. The program blends academic knowledge with real-world experience, focusing on customer service, business operations, cultural awareness, and sustainable tourism practices. Students are equipped to manage and lead in hotels, resorts, airlines, event management, travel agencies, and tourism boards. The goal is to develop future professionals who are service-oriented, globally competent, and ready to drive growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors. The program aims to achieve the following learning outcomes:
Domain Knowledge:
Students gain a comprehensive understanding of tourism principles, hospitality operations, hotel and resort management, travel services, event planning, and destination marketing.
